In between working on another major book for Chris Lloyd i was asked to do a small editorial for November's Architectural Review.
It really is an attractively composed magazine. Thanks to Jon for asking me.

Natural History Wallbook

So after 5 months of intensive drawing, i finally finished the 'Wallbook of Natural History' for London's Natural History Museum.
It's the fourth book i have done in collaboration with the Editorial Team at Bloomsbury Publishing, the art director and designer Will Webb and the author Christopher Lloyd.
The book is published in September through the Museum and there will hopefully be a giant version on the steps as part of the launch.
This is the cover image, which National Geographic Kids and the museums own kids publication 'Second Nature,' are giving away as a colouring poster later this year.
Might take a while, as my assistant on this project, Leah Stewart will testify!

The Natural History Museum

So it begins...
I have just left my Graphic design day job to concentrate on my next behemoth for Christopher Lloyd.
I am illustrating a guide to natural history and will spend the next few months at my desk in Clerkenwell and over at the museum trying to bring Chris's vision to life!

KIT is 1

Just did a little party invite for my friend Sally.
Kit, her daughter is having her first Birthday.

Based on my Zoo print of old, i hope she likes it :)

100 Minutes Of Havana

New News!!!

Many apologies for the lack of updates. All change at Forshaw HQ. Just moved studio and begun work on a new behemoth book for Bloomsbury entitled "What On Earth Evolved."

On wednesday night i joined forces with the supreme illustration talents that are, Andrew Rae, Ian Stevenson, Austin NEW and Robbie Wilkinson for a one off Secret Wars battle at Shoreditch's Village Underground.

We drew swords against London Graffiti outfit Monorex in a live 100 minute art off, complete with a last minute paint bomb display.

Thanks to nathan and all at Intercity for asking me to take part.

Ive added photos from the event above and you can read about the finer details here
